Janani is an experienced physician leader with a record of improving healthcare operations while advocating for value-based initiatives in multiple practice settings. She is committed to clinical alignment, health equity, improving patient and physician experiences and improving fiscal responsibilities. Her passion for implementing strategic plans for quality improvement, creative, innovative data-driven approach was the impetus to use AI to reduce the no-show rates in the clinics under her purview.
